Donald Trump mistook his daughter on Twitter
Donald Trump mistook an Ivanka from Brighton for his daughter on Twitter.Donald Trump mistakenly directed a tweet meant for his daughter Ivanka to a woman with the same name from Brighton.
The president-elect quoted a praiseworthy tweet by Lawrence Goodstein, from Massachusetts, who had written: “Ivanka Trump is a great woman with real character and class.”
But the billionaire businessman directed the praise to Ivanka Majic, a council worker from Brighton, who has just over 2,800 followers and had been tagged in the tweet accidentally.Mark Pygas, a writer for Distractify, jokingly replied to Mr Trump and Mr Goodstein: “Ivanka Majic from Brighton, England, is a wonderful woman. You’re right. RIP her mentions though.”

Hours later on Tuesday morning, Ms Majic responded to the tweet writing: “@realDonaldTrump @drgoodspine And you’re a man with great responsibilities.
“May I suggest more care on Twitter and more time learning about #climatechange.
